This weekend we spent three days camping in Wolfie, I got to put my feet in the lake, play at the playground all by myself and even made a new friend named Lizzy. I had Daddy home for three days and I am very sad that we have to take him to the train station tomorrow to say good bye again. Mommy and daddy keep telling me it is only for three sleeps but I don’t care, I don’t like Daddy being away.
On Friday I went to see the Lego movie with my Daddy. And today I went to my friends Anna and Grace’s birthday party. I had fun. I got Grace a headband, necklace & lip balm. I got Anna a unicorn Beanie Boo Ball and lipstick.
At school I made a sock puppet, and this week my friends and I did a puppet show for my class. The show was called “The Best Slumber Party Ever!” We made Valentine’s holders at school with our Grade 8 Reading Buddies. I got an Our Generation doll and her name is Belle.
I missed two whole days of school this week because of snow and cold! I didn’t like that at all. Daddy said he didn’t understand, that snow days are awesome. The only part I liked was two more days with Mommy and the daycare kids.
I got to go pick apples with me and Mommy’s best friends at Apple Land Station. We went to see Wreck It Ralph in the park on Friday night. And I also lost my front tooth!!
I had my first Sparks meeting of the year this week! I got to have a sleepover at Poppa and Grandma’s. And I got to go to a grown-up party with Mommy and Daddy!
I had my first week back at swim classes at the Y and I was very happy to be back! I also have my first Sparks meeting this week, and I get to have a sleepover at Poppa and Grandma’s!
I started Grade 1 this week and I love my new teacher, my new class, my new desk, the playground at recess, my pencil case with pencil crayons, my music class, my art class…

Tomorrow is St Patrick’s Day. I have a crown. It says “Irish Princess” on it. I love St Patrick’s Day.
